How to Solve VXDIAG JLR SDD Asks to Choose Offline but Not Ask for That Option

Hi. I just installed vx manager for VXDIAG JLR SDD software. Installation steps said to choose offline but it does not ask for that option. I launch the program and it is asking for a user name and password. But the one provided does not work.
These are the choices I get:

For SDD, need to run offline patch before running SDD.

In setup files, there is a folder JLR_off_line, copy the files in the folder app.war, app.properties, JVM_JARS.xml to c:\program files\jlr\ids\sdd, then you can use JLR SDD offline.
